Yesterday, we met with Bexley’s transplant surgeon, and he reviewed the whole surgery with us again and answered our questions. He is such a smart man, and we feel confident he is the best! It was all so hard to hear, though, when it is your baby that needs to go through it. It is a lot of scary stuff. There are so many things that can happen. Would you pray with us that Bexley beats all the odds and comes through this with little pain and no complications, bleeding, clotting, or infections? Please lift her name to the Father.

We are one week away from this, and it is all starting to feel so real. I already miss my family being together and being home. I know we will get through this and be back to our new normal again.
