It’s been quite an active summer here for Team Elijah and we wanted to share with you some updates from recent events. With efforts from our fabulous team of volunteers and generous donors, there have been two bountiful rummage sale events hosted for COTA in Elijah’s community!  Sales of useful household items, toys, furnishings, electronics and clothing donated for the sales amassed $1587 in proceeds to COTA in honor of Elijah.

Earlier this summer, a sweet, 11 year-old family member who was moved by Elijah’s story took it upon herself to develop her own hand-made hair-ties to sell. $0.25 of each sale will be donated directly to COTA! How sweet is that!?

At the date of this post, we’re approaching our goal of $35,000 with a current total of $21,145 raised!  Did you know that if we reach $25k within the first 6 months of fundraising, COTA will provide a grant of $2500 the campaign? Now you do!
