Like a light switch Ethan’s GI issues just happen out of nowhere. He started vomiting this evening and we have been in the ER since 7pm. It’s currently 1:30am as I type this and I’m exhausted. I’m physically, mentally and emotionally drained. I wish I could take his place because I hate seeing him suffer so much. 

He had a CT with contrast done because his white blood count is extremely high. This is to make sure they are not missing something such as a perforation or obstruction but using contrast is also risky because it can harm the transplanted kidney. We are waiting on those results and praying that the contrast causes no harm. We need answers and we need for him to get better. 

on top of all of this, Ethan’s dad is having surgery this morning and once again we face trials while our family is torn apart. Please keep him and Ethan in your prayers.
