On Sunday, June 28 I received a deceased donor kidney at Intermountain Health (IH) in Salt Lake City Utah. All is going great so far, I’m a poster child for kidney transplant!

I have to stay in SLC for a month, with a 24/7 carepartner (my brother Frank, best friend Paul, and nephew Andrew are graciously taking turns with me) to recover and get the multiple meds fine-tuned.
