This week we found out that the donor that Maverick was paired with has decided not to donate. 🥲 While we are bummed that he won’t be getting a living kidney donation in a few short weeks, we know that God knew this from day 1 and is not surprised. The bright side to Maverick’s age is that he isn’t phased or disappointed! And for that I am grateful.

On Monday at his monthly dialysis check-in & appointments, we found out there are 3 procedures Maverick needs ASAP. We’re working on getting these procedures scheduled stat so he is in tip top shape for his next kidney offer!!!
