PICC Line Placed, A Small But Important Step
A quick update from BCH: Remi had his PICC line placed today, and it went smoothly.
He is a little groggy from the anesthesia, but he is resting comfortably and recovering
well.
The PICC line is an important tool for what lies ahead; it will be used for blood draws,
medication infusions, and IV nutrition as needed. It is one of those behind-the-scenes
steps that makes ongoing care more manageable for Remi and the team caring for him.
