Harvesting the Islet Cells

A photo of her duodenum, pancreas and spleen.  The other photo is how they harvest the islet cells from her pancreas.  They actually break down the pancreas slowly with enzymes and the islet cells are what is left afterwards in the bottom of the tray. This process takes roughly 4 hours.
