After 2 days at UCSF seeing his nephrology (kidney) and urology (bladder) teams of doctors, Samuel is stable at 30% kidney function!  This is the best his function has been since we started seeing the teams at UCSF.  The bladder studies showed no significant change in his bladder (either positive or negative) and the thought is that intermittent and overnight catherization will more than likely be a permanent part of Samuel’s life.  But we’re not giving up hope!  We are always looking for ways to get his nerves to start talking to his muscles again and hopefully reverse damage to the bladder.  Please continue to pray with us for a miracle!
