Update on Delia’s bone marrow procedure:
There was a lengthy delay, but after about a 45 minute procedure, Delia is out and doing well. Preliminary results should be available in a few days with more concrete info in around a week.
The upshot of waiting nearly 4 hours in a tiny room, aside from all that intense quality time, was that Jessye and Delia were able to read a large chunk of Anne of Green Gables together. Also, their regular room now seems palatial in comparison.

Why was I not surprised to hear what book you are reading to Delia. In my mind that story always reminds me of you. A scripture came to mind
