Jackson is home!!  This morning we had our last of the electrodes removed …. the last of his IVs removed … the medication delivered … ditched the hospital gown for real clothes … ringing the bell (kidney recipient rite of passage) … saying goodbye to Room 969 … home with Dad.  We will have a whole lot to be thankful for as we sit down for Thanksgiving Dinner!

Then tomorrow … back to the hospital for the first of many checkups.  Stay tuned!
