Hi everyone. Another update on Jacob… So his labs this week were not what we wanted to see… His creatinine is still trending up. The team would like us to come up to Pittsburgh for a biopsy. So we are leaving Sunday and will check into the hospital Sunday evening. The biopsy will be scheduled for Monday morning. We probably won’t get the results until Tuesday, and I’m sure they will be running other tests and labs. They are looking to rule out rejection, but also looking to see if there are any viruses that he might have that we are unaware of. We are also looking at his medication dosage/effects of that, and if all else fails, we will examine urological causes of the rise in creatinine. Just because he received a kidney transplant does not mean the challenges are over! They are just different now. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. What a roller coaster!  😅 🙏🏻 💚  💪🏻
