Jake is 6️⃣ weeks post-transplant and returned to school on Monday for his 8th grade year. He had a great day and was excited to see all his friends. He has been feeling well and his labs have remained relatively stable. A little nerve racking sending him back out into the world, but he was so ready! We are hoping he has the best year yet!
