Our Story

Valeria needs a life-saving heart trasplant and you can help!!

Valeria has always been the greatest complement to our family of four, she is the second girl and is as sweet and happy as a baby can be.She has given us so much peace and happiness since she was born.

She has always been a playful baby smiling all the time which never made us think there was anything wrong with her health.She was struggling with a heart problem but we couldn’t figure out what exactly was happening, when we finally had a referral for cardiology it was already too late for her heart and she was hospitalized with severe heart failure.

Her health started to deteriorate so quickly that the doctors had to placed her on a waiting list for a heart transplant earlier than expected. She is now being supported by a Berlín’s heart.

This has our beautiful family apart since we live in a different city from where she is hospitalized and now dealing with all of these mixed emotions.

This COTA page was created to help raise funds for COTA in honor of Valeria to assist with transplant-related expenses, such as healthcare copays and out of pocket expenses, lodging, gas and meal expenses for her parents who will need to travel back and forth to be at her bedside.

We appreciate your support and trust in God that we will overcome this journey and will be able to bring our sweet baby home and healthy very soon.
