Adam has had the strength to survive so many health challenges — liver disease and transplant, lymphoma, immune deficiency and a bone marrow transplant. Today, he is cured of the root of his troubles: a primary immune problem.

He is a great example of what having a strong will to survive can do and how much the human spirit and body can endure. His dad, mom, brother, grandmothers and extended family are so proud of who he has emerged to become.

Today, Adam is a senior at Arizona State University, studying statistics. He is delighted to be back on campus and looks forward to graduate school soon. He will have to be revaccinated against childhood diseases to train his new immune system. He continues to take lifesaving medications and check in with his doctors routinely.

We are so very happy he is not only still here but thriving.
