Hello everyone!

First off, we wanted to say thank you to everyone who has chipped in and helped support Lester, Andrya and Betty! We have had a great first month of our fundraising campaign, and Betty has been kicking butt and beating all the odds. Betty continues to do great and we will have an official hospital exit and transition to the Seattle condo in the coming days if all goes well!

We have had an amazing and generous offer from the Mia Ledbetter Memorial Foundation (MLMF) that will be taking place from now through the end of February. The wonderful folks at the MLMF have offered to match any funds donated to COTA in honor of Betty’s Big Heart campaign up to $1000! The match is on a 1:1 ratio, so for every dollar donated, they will match each dollar up to the $1000 mark. Let’s get this matching drive rolling, and please spread the word. Every donation will need to be submitted through the COTA website set up for Betty. We will track all donations and announce the total at the end of the month.
