4/22 update of Bex:

Today has been a great day. Bexley’s labs are still looking stable. They were able to lower one of her meds and allow her to try to eat. She has not had food since last Tuesday and has been getting nutrition through her central line. We went for 2 wheelchair rides today around the unit! She was surprised with lots of fun gifts from our sweet neighbors and Selah’s entire soccer team! What a joy it is to see her smile!

We had a miscommunication between our insurance and Duke, so the transplant process has not started. We are hopeful things will move forward tomorrow and are trusting God’s perfect timing.

I’m looking forward to Selah being here tomorrow and seeing my girls together. 💕
