4/29 update:

Today was a pretty easy day as far as tests. Bex had her kidney function test, and the rest of the day, we played and did a lot of laps around the unit. Some of her labs were elevated, so they will keep an eye on that.
I am missing home and all of us being together. Those “ordinary” days at home with us all together are actually extraordinary to me, and I miss them terribly. Bexley, on the other hand, tells me she loves it here. I asked her what she loves so much, and she said all the nurses and doctors! What a ray of pure sunshine she is.🧡
