I made it through 1 of the now 2 surgeries needed for my dialysis access. 

The graft was a no go once they got there so I ended up with whatever you call this situation on my upper arm.

It’s a unique sensation to feel the rushing of your blood in a limb. But at least I have full use of my left arm again and none of my bad teen decision tattoos were harmed in the process.
