Elijah was officially listed on the unos list on May 25th with a PELD score of -6. That means he is severely low on the list. While he is sick enough to require a transplant he is also healthy enough to wait. So that opens up the avenue of live donation for Elijah. His mother Makala will be going to get evaluated on June 13th and his uncle will be going on July 18th in the event Makala is not a match. We are anxiously awaiting these dates and are hoping for the best outcome.
