We have a delicious way for you to make a huge difference in the lives of Evelyn and her family. On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, we are partnering with Panda Express for a community fundraiser to benefit COTA in honor of Evelyn Otto.
As many of you know, 5-year-old Evelyn is currently on the journey toward a life-saving heart transplant. To help COTA assist with her transplant-related expenses, Panda Express has generously pledged to donate 20% of event proceeds directly to COTA in her honor.

How to Make Your Order Count
