Gavin has been having another rough day. “Roid rage” is in full effect. The steroids have been making him pretty miserable and he appears to be having a bad headache. Luckily, he has been able to take some naps during the day even despite how bad he feels. 

The labs this morning came back and Gavin’s liver numbers have started to come down again. The doctors have decided to take him off the IV steroid and continue with an oral steroid. They also increased his Prograf dose because his level is not where it needs to be yet. Hopefully he will start to feel better with the decrease in steroid and the liver numbers will continue to go down so he can be discharged tomorrow.
