We had a wonderful day for the keep Gardner Beautiful event. Dianne “Neon” Leblanc is dedicated to picking up trash in Gardner year round and has worked tiredlessly over the last almost 10 years to pick up herself, gather friends and make new friends to do this also. This year, with the help of 100+ volunteers, in addition to picking up trash, over 28,000 nip bottles were collected. This has been turned into a donation from Anthony’s Liquor Mart Owners: Jim and Asta Kraskouskas to Hank for his ongoing treatment expenses related to his kidney transplant in the amount of $1400.
