Things are not going as planned.  Hayden is back at CMH with another fluid dissection.  This is the same thing that happened back in November.  So now we have to give up on PD dialysis from home and move to long term Hemo dialysis.  Hayden will have surgery probably on Tuesday to place the Hemo catheter and remove the PD catheter.  We will either have to travel Monday Wednesday Friday to a dialysis clinic (Salina is not an option) or we may decide to do Hemo at home.  If we choose to do Hemo at home it means 6 weeks of training at CMH and some home renovations to make it work.  Please be in prayer for Hayden.  He is having a really hard time with this transition.  He wants to try PD again even if it means another abdominal surgery.  However,  we can’t keep doing abdominal surgeries when the last one didn’t last even a month.  He wants to be a normal kid and missing three days a school a week and all the travel isn’t much fun. However,  he got to participate in a Robotics meet on Saturday with Cornerstone Classical School and they won the Teamwork Award.  The team did a great job.
