On 8/25 our world was turned upside down. We took our happy 20month old toddler to the ER because his tummy was distended and tender. After many scans, tests and a biopsy we learned that our baby had hepatoblastoma, a rare liver cancer that affects toddlers 8mo-3yrs. Since then, Jack has gotten a port put in his chest, an NG tube to help his nutrition, a cool haircut like dad, 3 days of chemo and has been admitted in-patient in the hospital 18 of the last 22 days.
