9 Month Update

Hello, Natalie Nation!!!

It’s been a while.

I wanted to send out an update about Natalie, as I know many wonder how she’s doing. She is now 9 months post-surgery and adjusting well to her new lifestyle. She is doing really well…all glory to God! She has learned how to manage her diabetes over these past 9 months and adjust to the diabetic lifestyle. In true Natalie fashion, she has done all this with grace, determination, and perseverance.

Last month, Natalie was an honored guest at the Pancreatic Foundation’s gala. During her “bougie” night of fancy dining, as she would describe it, Natalie was informed she would get to throw out the first pitch during a Cincinnati Reds baseball game. Last night that became a reality.

On behalf of the Atchley family, thank you for all the love and support you have poured out during this time! Every prayer, text, call, etc. has been truly appreciated.
