One Year

Hello, Natalie Nation!!

It is hard to believe that it has been one year since the big day!!!! So much learning and healing has taken place over the past 12 months. Natalie has far EXCEEDED expectations, but with God on her side, we shouldn’t be so surprised.

She is back in school full time, as a freshman in high school, and enjoying time with her friends. Natalie has learned the ins and outs of being diabetic and has conquered finger sticks on the go like a pro. She enjoys eating without pain and has since enjoyed the famous Big Mac she once could only dream about eating.

Of course, the year has had its fair share of learning curves, but in true Natalie fashion, she has taken them all in stride. Over the past 12 months, your prayers, calls, texts, and thoughts have been felt and very much appreciated. Your kindness and generosity have not gone unnoticed, nor forgotten. Watching Natalie be able to run, play, laugh, and eat without fear has brought so much joy to her family. It’s been amazing to watch how much she has grown over the past year and to God be all the glory!!!
