Another good day in the books! Today Emmy made her return to the in-person show at Secrest Studios for Bingo!! The friend she made before surgery was there and they were SO happy to see each other again. We are working hard at getting her to eat more. She hasn’t been able to eat a whole lot with her nausea. This afternoon, we got “orders” from the surgeon to order her whatever she wants!! Although a juicy burger is her real goal, she opted to start with some fried rice from PF Changs first! We were able to scale back some of her pains meds today and still be able to keep her pain controlled. We are crossing our fingers it’s a good night tonight.
