Alex is having a rough day,  Not as terrible as it could be, but that little face is not feeling great.  We take for granted our body working; just doing what it needs to do and not having us think about it.  Alex’s body hasnot gotten that memo yet but he’s trying.  He is a lucky kid, though.  Jenna and Louie are strong advocates and doing what is best for their baby.  For both of their babies.  Jenna’s update is below.

 

 

We’re having a not great day over here.

Alex is super distended and doesn’t seem to be tolerating tube feeds. (Any other moms see this??)

They had to skip some this morning and he’s been really really tired today and likely dehydrated so they’re checking labs and giving fluids.

Pray his belly improves and he can tolerate feeds so we can go home, and that his energy improves.
