We are driving to Cincinnati today for Rafe’s three month checkup!!! His appointment is tomorrow afternoon and we hope to get a good update. His steroids make it difficult to rest but he is finally on the final weaning stage so hopefully he will be able to stop those soon. Overall, he is doing great! It is hard to believe that roughly three months ago we were in the surgery waiting room praying for a miracle. Saying that Rafe’s experience is a miracle is an understatement. We are so thankful for his healing and recovery.
